| "The intent of this letter is for you, Boyd, to use as a reference when speaking with other prospective clients. I wanted to thank you and Luana for all the great work. In the beginning, it was very hard for me to turn things over to an agent. Six percent of the value of my home was a lot of money too, and it seemed so easy to sell a house (although we hadn't been able to do it by ourselves). Within a month, we had an offer and still I was thinking that was too easy and too much money to pay. But then our buyer missed the 4th closing date, we signed our 12th amendment and had to fight for the earnest money and find a new buyer. You guys did a great job in finding someone new and bringing that deal to a close quickly, which wasn't an easy deal either with all the work the buyer was requiring. All of this was done with minimal effort on my side; in fact, I seldom did any more than sign an amendment and send it back. And, you know, that is a really good thing because while all this was going on, we bought and moved into a new home and had a little girl.
